Jacksboro Economic Development Corporation Notice of Project

In accordance with the Development Corporation Act, Section 505.160 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Jacksboro Economic Development Corporation (JEDC), a Type B economic development corporation, is publishing notice of a project to provide economic development improvements to a certain real property to be used for economic development purposes, authorized by Sections 501.101 and 501.103 of the Texas Local Government Code. Project description: infrastructure improvement to Lots 2F and 3R in the Lumar Addition, Jacksboro, Jack County Texas, zoned by the City of Jacksboro as Thoroughfare Commercial.
